Terms of Use

Before you act on anything you read here, check the terms of the site you end up on, because those are the only terms that can bind you to anybody. This page describes what this site is, as far as its build can show, and nothing more.

This site works as a fixed publication

Every page on www.auntieannesph.com is a finished file, built in advance and delivered from a content delivery network. There is no application running behind the pages, so the text you read is the text that was published, not something assembled for you on request.

The site's inventory is also fixed. Its sitemap lists 9 addresses, and that is the whole publication. If you type an address that does not exist here, you land briefly on a page that search engines are told to ignore, and you are sent straight to the home page. A mistyped or outdated link therefore never turns into a separate page of its own.

Each page carries a machine-readable publication date and modification date. The modification date, 2026-10-29, matches the date the sitemap publishes, so you can tell which version of the text you are reading. If you need to rely on something written here, note that date, because a later build may say something different.

Everything a page loads while you view it, including styles, scripts, fonts and images, comes from this same domain. No outside server is contacted while a page is displayed, so what you see is not supplemented by content pulled in from elsewhere.

Nothing here can be joined, submitted or cancelled

The build contains no registration, no account and no form, input field or upload control. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is nothing that could be created, suspended, terminated or transferred. No visitor has posted anything on this site, and no visitor can.

The build also carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. For that reason these terms do not promise a complaints channel or a response time, and they do not name a company, an owner or a counterparty. They name no governing law, court or dispute procedure either, because nothing in the build supports one, and a clause copied from elsewhere would give you a false sense of recourse.

Read the pages as published information only. They do not create an agreement with you, and they cannot guarantee that anything described about another site is still accurate when you visit it.

Your relationship with an operator starts on its own site

When you follow a link that leads away from this domain, your browser opens a separate site run by someone else. From that moment you are dealing with that site under its own rules, not under this page.

Any account you open, any money you deposit and any dispute you have will be governed by the destination's terms, its stated owner and whatever jurisdiction it declares. Read those terms before you register or pay, and confirm the operator's identity and contact details there, since this site cannot supply them.

If a destination's terms contradict something you read here, the destination's terms are the ones that apply to you. This publication can help you get oriented, but the operator's own terms set out what you are actually agreeing to.
